Data Protection & Privacy Policy
Members' information we receive on these forms is confidential and will be kept on a computer database, which is covered by the Data Protection Act 1998. No details will be disclosed to anyone other than officials of the UK S2000 Owners Club for any reason without prior consent.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Delivery Policy
Membership packs are produced in batches, therefore delivery can take between 2 to 4 weeks. Packs are sent via Royal Mail.
Refund / Cancellation Policy
Membership will lapse on April 30th every year, unless renewed. Cancellation can be made at any time, no refunds for membership are given, unless in extreme circumstances. Any requests for refunds will be decided upon by the Club Chairman. This does not affect your statutory rights.
